An order under Sections 40-32 through 40-39

shall specify with particularity the authorized procedure, the scope of the defendant’s participation,

the time, duration, place, and other conditions of

the procedure, and the person or persons who

may conduct it. It shall inform the defendant that

he or she may not be subjected to investigative

interrogation while participating in or being present for the procedure, and that he or she may

be held in contempt of court by failing to appear

and participate in the procedure as directed. It

may also direct the defendant not to alter substantially any identifying physical characteristics to be

examined or to destroy any evidence sought.
