Conn. Practice Book § 39-25

Inadmissibility of Rejected Guilty Pleas

No evidence of the court proceedings at which

a plea of guilty or nolo contendere was entered,

where such plea is not accepted by the judicial

authority or is later withdrawn pursuant to Sections 39-26 through 39-28, shall be received at

the trial of the case.
