Conn. Practice Book § 39-23
Previous Offender; Plea to Second Part
Where the defendant has been charged in the
second part of an information with a former conviction or convictions, he or she may enter a plea of
guilty to the second part upon a finding of guilty
of the particular offense he or she was charged
with in the first part.
