Notice of Agreement to Judicial Authority

If the parties reach an agreement which contemplates the entry of a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, they may advise the judicial authority in

advance of the plea. The judicial authority may

indicate whether it will concur in or reject the proposed disposition.
