Conn. Practice Book § 39-12

Effect of Previous Plea Discussions on Disposition Conference

Unless an agreement has been reached in a

previous plea discussion, a case will be assigned

for a disposition conference. It shall be the duty

of the prosecuting authority to notify the clerk if

an agreement has been reached or if the case

has been disposed of.
