Conn. Practice Book § 27-6

Denial of Responsibility

Where the child or youth denies responsibility

for the alleged misconduct, the interview shall end

and the child or youth and the parent or guardian

shall be informed that, if the evidence warrants,

the case will be set down for a plea hearing.
