Conn. Practice Book § 18-4
Eminent Domain; Clerk’s Fees
If, by the provisions of the charter of any railroad
company, canal company, bridge company, or the
like, it shall be made the duty of the judicial authority to appoint appraisers, assessors, commissioners, etc., the clerk’s fees must be paid as in other
causes.
