Housing Division (Only in Judicial Districts Specified by Statute)
The housing division of the Superior Court shall
consist of the following part:
(1) H—Housing matters as defined by General
Statutes § 47a-68.
Sec.1-8. Rules To Be Liberally Interpreted
The design of these rules being to facilitate business and advance justice, they will be interpreted
liberally in any case where it shall be manifest
that a strict adherence to them will work surprise
or injustice.
