Partners - Liability of the Partnership
A partnership is liable for the acts or omissions of a partner when those acts or omissions occur
in the ordinary course of the business of the partnership or with the authority of the partnership.
If you find that <name of partner> was acting in the ordinary course of business of the
partnership or with the authority of <name of partnership>, and you find in favor of the plaintiff
and against <name of partner>, then your verdict must be against <name of partnership> as well.
