Statutory Negligence - Unsafe Tires
We have a statute that provides that no person shall operate a motor vehicle or trailer upon the
public highways unless such motor vehicle or trailer is equipped with tires, in safe operating
condition, that conform to the standards set forth in various state and federal regulations. In this
case, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant by <recite the pertinent regulatory language and
