C.R.C.P. 519 (Small Claims)

Post Trial Relief and Appeals

No motion for new trial shall be filed in the small claims court, whether or not an appeal

is taken. Appeal procedures shall be as provided by Section 13-6-410, C.R.S., and C.R.C.P.
