C.R.C.P. 232.26
Rule of Limitation
Injunctions, stipulations to injunction, and findings of contempt may not be based on
conduct reported more than five years after the date the conduct is discovered or reasonably should have been discovered. But there is no rule of limitation where the allegations
involve fraud or where the respondent is alleged to have concealed the conduct.
