UNLAWFULLY CARRYING A CONCEALED WEAPON—SPECIAL INSTRUCTION (SPECIFIC LOCATION)
The defendant cannot be found guilty of the charged offense of
unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon if [he] [she] committed the
different offense of carrying a firearm [at a polling location or drop box] [in
government buildings] [on school, college, or university grounds].
