DETACHABLE MAGAZINE
“Detachable magazine” means an ammunition feeding device that is
not permanently attached to a firearm and may be removed from the
firearm without rendering the firearm incapable of accepting any
magazine.
“Detachable magazine” does not include an attached tubular
magazine located under the barrel of a firearm.
