CRIME AGAINST AN AT-RISK PERSON
“Crime against an at-risk person” means [insert relevant offense(s)
from section 18-6.5-103, C.R.S. 2025], or criminal attempt, conspiracy, or
solicitation to commit [that offense] [any of those offenses].
