OPIOID ANTAGONIST
“Opioid antagonist” means naloxone hydrochloride or any similarly
acting drug that is not a controlled substance and that is approved by the
federal food and drug administration for the treatment of a drug overdose.
“Opioid antagonist” includes an expired opioid antagonist.
