LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY (PURCHASES OF VALUABLE ARTICLES)
“Local law enforcement agency” means any marshal’s office, police
department, or sheriff’s office with jurisdiction in the locality in which the
purchaser makes the purchase.
