HEALTH CARE PROVIDER (OPIOID ANTAGONIST)
“Health-care provider” means a licensed or certified physician, nurse
practitioner, physician assistant, or pharmacist; or a health maintenance
organization licensed and conducting business in Colorado.
“Health-care provider” does not include a podiatrist, optometrist,
dentist, or veterinarian.
