INSTRUCTION PRIOR TO OPENING STATEMENTS (INTERPRETERS)
During the trial, one or more witnesses may testify in a language
other than English. When this happens, an official interpreter will translate
the testimony into English. Although some of you may know the other
language, it is important that all jurors consider the same evidence.
Therefore, you must only consider the English translation as provided by
the interpreter.
