FAILURE TO INTERVENE IN USE OF KETAMINE—SPECIAL INSTRUCTION (CHAIN OF COMMAND)

A peace officer cannot raise as a defense to the crime of failure to

intervene in use of ketamine that he or she did not intervene because of

chain of command.
