UNLAWFUL SEXUAL CONDUCT BY A PEACE OFFICER—SPECIAL INSTRUCTION
In a prosecution for unlawful sexual conduct by a peace officer, it is
not a defense that the victim consented to the sexual contact, intrusion, or
penetration.
