UNLAWFUL SALE OF AMMUNITION (ACCESSIBLE)—SPECIAL INSTRUCTION (DISPLAY CASE OR COUNTER)
For purposes of the crime of unlawful sale of ammunition
(accessible), ammunition displayed in an enclosed display case or behind a
counter or other customer access prevention device is not considered
accessible.
