Scope of Employment of Employee — Defined
An employee is acting within the scope of (insert applicable pronoun) employment
when the employee is doing work that is:
1. Assigned by (insert applicable pronoun) employer; or
2. Proper, usual, and necessary to accomplish the assigned work; or
3. Customary in the particular trade or business to accomplish the assigned work.
