Joint Venture — Defined
There is a joint venture if you find all three of the following:
1. A joint interest in the (property) (project);
2. An express or implied agreement between two or more persons to share jointly in
the profits or losses of that (property) (project); and
3. Conduct showing joint cooperation in the (property) (project).
