Determining Life Expectancy — Mortality Table
Under the United States census bureau mortality table, plaintiff, (name), had a life
expectancy of (insert appropriate number of years) years at the beginning of this trial. This
table is not conclusive but may be considered together with other evidence relating to the
plaintiff’s health, habits, and occupation.
