Conscious Presence — Defined
“Conscious” means that the testator, (name), was aware through one or more of
(insert applicable pronoun) senses of the presence of the person signing the Will at the
testator’s direction. “Presence” requires that that person was physically near the testator,
though not necessarily in the testator’s line of sight.
