Damages — Builder’s for Substantial Though Not Complete Performance of Construction Contract

(The contract price agreed to by the parties:

(a) minus any payments made by the defendant, and

(b) minus the reasonable cost to the defendant of putting the [describe the subject

matter of the contract] in the condition it would have been in had the contract been

performed according to its terms.)
