Negligent Choice of Route

A person who takes a route when that person knows or ought reasonably to know of

a safer route is negligent if a reasonably careful person would have taken the safer way

under the same or similar circumstances to protect (insert applicable pronoun) (or) (others)

from (bodily injury) (death) (property damage).
