Court’s Questions to Witnesses

activein force · 2026-02-25 – presentcompiled-edition

During the course of the trial I may ask a question of a witness. If I do, that does not

indicate in any way that I have an opinion about the facts in the case. My questions are

intended only to clarify the testimony. The answers that witnesses give to my questions are,

therefore, of no greater value or weight than any other answer that may be given.
