HealthFirstColoradomentalhealthbenefitsareprovidedthroughResidentialChildCareFacilities(RCCFs)toenrolledmemberswhoresideinthefacilityonafee-for-servicebasis.

AlmostallHealthFirstColoradomembersareenrolledintheMentalHealthPrograms.However,membersresidinginResidentialChildCareFacilitiescanreceivementalhealthservicesfromphysicians,licensedmentalhealthprofessionals,nursepractitioners,andphysicianassistants.RCCFsenrollandactasbillingagentsbysubmittingclaimsfortheseprovidertypeseitheremployedorcontractedwiththeRCCF.
