ServicesthattransitionedtoCFChavebeenremovedfromthismanualasofJune30,2026.ProvidersareencouragedtospeakwiththeirCaseManagersregardingtheseservicesandrefertotheCFCBillingManualpostedontheBillingManualswebpage.

ThisbillingmanualhasbeenupdatedtoreflecttheremovaloftheseservicesfromtheWaiver.
