EffectiveAugust8,2021,aphysicianstatementcertifyingthepresenceofanemergencymedicalconditionisnotneededtoapplyforEmergencyMedicaidServices(EMS).
EffectiveJuly1,2022,individualsdeemedeligibleforEMSwillremainenrolledfora12-monthperioduntiltheirrenewal,unlessthereisaqualifyinglifeeventthatchangestheireligibility.
