Selectedincollaborationwiththeinfant'sortoddler'sfamily
ProvidedinconformitywithanIndividualizedFamilyServicePlan(IFSP)
Basedonappropriateevidence-basedpracticesandrelatedtofunctionaloutcomes
Providedunderpublicsupervisiontoassure,throughmonitoring,thatservicesareprovidedinaccordancewiththeserequirements
ProvidedbyqualifiedpersonnelasdefinedinColorado'sPartCStatePlan
Providedinthenaturalenvironmentsoftheinfantortoddlerandthefamilyincludingthefamily'shomeand/orcommunitysettingsinwhichinfantsandtoddlerswithoutdisabilitiesparticipate,unlessotherwisejustifiedontheIFSP
Providedinaculturallyrelevantmanner,includingtheuseofaninterpreterifneeded

BillingHealthFirstColoradoappropriatelyforservicesrenderedwhentheserviceisabenefitofHealthFirstColorado
CompletingallrequiredPriorAuthorizationrequestsforHealthFirstColoradocoveredservicesinatimelymanner
Collaboratingwithservicecoordinatorswhenrecommendingreferralsforotherprofessionalservices
