Application of chapter

The rules in this chapter apply to appeals in limited civil cases, except small claims cases.

History

Rule 8.820 adopted effective January 1, 2009. Advisory Committee Comment Chapters 1 and 4 of this division also apply in appeals in limited civil cases.
