2.08 Documents Not Permitted To Be Electronically Filed
Reference Section 1-901: Electronic Filing (“E-filing”) of the Code of Judicial Administration, Attachment A, for documents
excluded from eFiling. Excluded documents must be filed conventionally. Additionally, the following documents are excluded
from eFiling in Juvenile Court:
• Any document, including proposed orders requested or ordered to be filed under seal or maintained as confidential and
withheld from public inspection.
• Any document that would require the issuance of a case number for delinquency (JV) or require a filing fee for an
emancipation (JE) or guardianship (JG) case.
