2.0 General eFiling Guidelines
Pursuant to Section 1-901: Electronic Filing (“E-filing”) of the Code of Judicial Administration, court rules, including Maricopa
County Local Rules, that require or allow paper copies to be provided to judicial divisions do not apply to electronically filed
documents in the Superior Court in Maricopa County.
Any case participant with standing to file conventionally with the Superior Court may also file electronically in accordance with these
guidelines and all applicable statutes and rules of court.
Self-represented litigants are exempt from any mandatory eFiling requirements.
