Juvenile Filing Depository Boxes
The Clerk of Court’s Office offers two Juvenile external filing depository boxes, which are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The Juvenile External Filing Depository Boxes are located at:
Durango Juvenile Center | Map
The Durango Juvenile Center External Filing Depository Box is located outside the main entrance at 3131 W. Durango St, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
Mesa External Filing Depository Box
The Mesa External Filing Depository Box is located at the south entrance of the Southeast Court Complex, 1810 S. Lewis, Mesa, AZ 85210.
The instructions on how to use the Juvenile Filing Depository Boxes are as follows:
Time stamp the original document on the upper right hand corner of the front page.
It is the responsibility of the person who physically places the original document in the depository to make sure the date and time are legibly stamped on the document.
If the date and time is illegible, or missing, we will affix the date and time our staff processes the document as the filed date and time.
Any copies submitted with the original must be accompanied by a coversheet with specific routing instructions. Any copies needing to be mailed must include self-addressed envelope and proper postage.
Attach the filing fee, if required, to the original document; (Either a money order with signature and address or *business check made payable to the Clerk of Court. (Do not deposit cash payments).
* No personal checks accepted. A business check will only be accepted if it matches the business name of a party in the case or if submitted from a law firm, process server/runner service or certified document preparer.
Secure the items with a clip or rubber band. Do not insert paperclips, binder clips or more than the front page of the document into the time clock document slot.
Place the package in the Depository Filing Box Slot.
(The slot opening is one-inch. Documents larger than one inch, should be grouped in sections such as "1 of 3," ""2 of "3," and "3 of 3.")
The Clerk’s Office collects the documents each morning. Staff then process the paperwork. Any documents that need to be routed must contain a coversheet with specific instructions. Documents that need to be mailed must include a self-addressed envelope and proper postage.
The Juvenile Filing Depository Box is NOT available 24 hours a day and is only available for Juvenile filings during regular business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. It is not available for any adult case type filings
