eFile Instructions: User Account Registration Procedure

User Account Registration Procedure

Users must complete all three steps below to begin electronic filing.

Step 1: Attend Online Training

• To begin using eFlex, you must first complete training at eFlex Training

• Follow the PDF instructions for login and registration: eFlex 101 TalentLMS

• You can always access the eFlex training course directly at eFlex Training

Note: After completing the course, attorneys may request CLE credit by submitting the form provided at the end of the course.

Step 2: Pay the Registration Fee

A one-time registration fee of $100 is required.

• Pay Online at ar.gov/eFlexpay

• Pay by Check:

• Payable to: Bar of Arkansas

• Payment must include: Name, Bar Number, and Email Address

• Mail To:

Step 3: Request an Account & Submit the User Agreement/Required Documents

Begin by requesting an account and submitting the Electronic Filing User Agreement: Register for your eFlex Account

Please note there are additional requirements for non-resident attorneys seeking to file pro hac vice and non-attorney filers.
