The 36th Judicial District Court is a state district court served by two judges. The judges and their

department of the district court and a copy of the local ordinance abolishing the city as a

department of the Court has been provided to AOC with this plan:

mutually waived by the District Court Judge and the governing body of the city or town where the

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 18 – REFERRALS FROM CIRCUIT COURT

The 36th Judicial District includes counties in one (1) judicial circuit. No referrals will be made from this

circuit to district court.
