Ala. R. P. Jud. Inquiry Comm'n 2
Disqualification
A member of the commission may not participate as such in any proceeding involving
a charge against himself or herself, or in which he or she is involved, or involving a charge
against a person who is related to him or her within the ninth degree by consanguinity or within
the fifth degree (computed according to the rules of the civil law) by affinity.
