Executive committee
The commission may appoint an executive committee consisting of the chairman and
two other members of the commission to advise with the chairman on matters arising between
meetings of the commission in which action is deemed desirable. If any member or members
of the executive committee so appointed are not readily available to act when action by the
remaining member or members is deemed desirable, the remaining member or members may
select other members of the commission to serve in his or her stead.
