History
[Amended 9-28-87, eff. 10-1-87.] Comment Both the circuit and district courts must from time to time authenticate copies of the records of judicial proceedings as proof thereof in other courts. While a seal is not necessary to a court of record, the term “court of record” implies that the court has a seal. This Rule replaces former Rule 30.
