Right to counsel

During proceedings under Rule 25, the defendant shall be entitled to the

right of counsel provided under Rule 6.

History

Committee Comments Ala.Code 1975, § 15-16-65, provides that the defendant be entitled to right of counsel during proceedings under the statute.
