Filing record with Supreme Court

The Secretary of the Court of the Judiciary shall file in the Supreme Court within 40

days from the taking of the appeal, the record on appeal, including a verbatim transcript of the

proceedings before the Court of the Judiciary. Extensions for filing the record may be granted

for cause by the Supreme Court upon application in writing.
