Ala. R. Comm'n on Dispute Resol. I
Introduction
On June 13, 1994, the Supreme Court of Alabama issued an order establishing the
Alabama Supreme Court Commission on Dispute Resolution (“the Commission”). The
Commission, in turn, was given the task of creating the Alabama Center for Dispute
Resolution, Inc. (“the Center”), as an “alternative dispute resolution management,
coordination, research, and development office.” The Center was established in August
1994.
