Causation (Strict Liability Only for Probable Consequences)
CAUSATION
(Strict Liability Only for Probable Consequences)
If the crime is one of strict liability, and causing a particular result is one of the
material elements of the crime, causation is not established unless the result is a probable
consequence of the person’s conduct.
