Ala. Const. § 58-1.00 (Shelby County)
Sunday Sales
In Shelby County, the sale and distribution of alcoholic beverages shall be legal after 12:00 p.m. on Sunday by properly licensed retail licensees of the Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.
