Ala. Const. § 39-2.00 (Lauderdale County)
General Authority
The Legislature may, from time to time, by general or local law applicable to Lauderdale County, fix, regulate, and alter the costs and charges of court in the county. This amendment shall be construed together with Section 39–8.00.
