Ala. Const. § 22-5.20 (Cullman County)
Election
Beginning with the 2024 cycle, the Cullman County Superintendent of Education shall be elected for a four-year term by the qualified electors of the county zoned for the county school system, and the Legislature, by local law, may provide further for the election, qualifications, and powers of the county superintendent of education.
