Alaska R. Crim. P. 49
Records
(a) The clerks of court shall keep such records in
criminal proceedings as may be prescribed by rule or order of
the supreme court or by the administrative director with the
approval of the chief justice.
(b) Psychiatric and psychological reports ordered by the
court under AS 12.47 are confidential as defined in
Administrative Rule 37.5.
